It was a straightforward hotel in a good area, not far from Alexanderplatz, Berlin. The location turned out to be brilliant. I tried some drinks at bar Belushi's, located 5 minutes walk away. Eggs and muesli were brilliant, I appreciated it.

Location
Young, rather untrained staff in particular as fire alarm went off twice during a three day stay at four thirty in the morning. Reaction of hotel staff lacking, just glad that it was a false alarm. No presence of staff and thus no guidance. In addition, it would have been nice not to be left abandonned outside at freizing temperature of -14 °.

We had a blast hanging out with friends! The location was spot on. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely, though I wish they had more protein options.
Unfortunately, I got stuck in a bunk bed room instead of the twin room I booked, super uncomfortable and not what I expected.

Very welcoming and knowledgable staff. An air-conditioned room was particularly welcome during a hot spell. Its situation made access to shops, restaurants, cinemas and transport very easy. The price was very good.
One minor complaint. As a diabetic, I like muesli for breakfast, but as elsewhere in Germany, chocolate bits were added to it. Unadulterated muesli was not available!
